Eligibility Criteria for Agri Food Pilot Program
- Work Experience
- Educational Requirements
- Language Proficiency
- Settlement Funds
- Intention to Reside Outside Quebec
- An open work permit for vulnerable workers or
- A work permit issued on the basis of a labour market impact assessment (LMIA) with a minimum 12-month duration, under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program
Demonstrating proficiency in English or French is crucial, as it ensures effective communication within the workplace and the broader Canadian society. Candidates must obtain CLB 4 as that is the minimum language requirements set by the Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) or Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC).
